ZXF Series
The ferrofluid sealing device adopts flange connection. When the drive shaft is inserted into the shaft sleeve, two O-rings inside the shaft sleeve press tightly against the drive shaft to form a static seal between them. The rotation of the drive shaft can drive the shaft sleeve to rotate together. To prevent the drive shaft from slipping, the clamp at the tail end of the shaft sleeve shall lock the shaft tightly. It is suitable for vacuum sealing at medium and low rotating speeds under ambient temperature.
Solid shaft (integral shaft type): shaft diameter below 50mm, custom sizes available for larger diameters. Water cooling: available. Straight cylindrical shaft, with flat cut and keyway.
Based on the ZXF model, the ferrofluid sealing section is placed on the vacuum side, suitable for reactive gas specifications.
For shaft diameters of φ20mm and above, end face flat machining is an optional specification.

Notes(*1) These values apply when using general vacuum-grade ferrofluid (Type A). Values will differ when using corrosion-resistant (Type F) and low vapor pressure / corrosion-resistant (Type U) ferrofluid.
(*2) Allowable speed when the shaft is under no load.
(*3) Allowable speed under radial load.
(*4) Refers to the maximum axial load when load is applied centrally to the ferrofluid seal shaft. Please contact us when the shaft bears axial load combined with other loads, or when the load deviates from the shaft center.
(*5) Starting torque refers to the maximum load torque at the start of rotation. These are reference values, not guaranteed values. When selecting a motor, please use three times the indicated values as reference.
