Double-Flange Water-Cooled Ferrofluid Seal with Four Water Ports

This ferrofluid seal is designed for the agitator shaft of chemical vacuum reactors and is mounted on the reactor top. It features a double-flange connection structure: one flange connects to the motor support frame, and the other connects to the reactor chamber. One end of the shaft core is coupled to the motor, and the other end connects to the agitator shaft inside the reactor, ensuring torque transmission while maintaining vacuum sealing within the reactor.

It is suitable for vacuum rotary sealing applications at temperatures up to 150°C and operating speeds of 0–500 rpm. Pure water cooling circulation shall be maintained during operation.
