This ferrofluid seal features a flange-mounted structure with a hollow shaft core. One end of the shaft connects to the mechanism inside the vacuum chamber, while the other end interfaces with the drive unit, ensuring stable torque transmission and reliable vacuum sealing performance.

It is suitable for vacuum rotary sealing applications at ambient temperature, with an operating speed range of 0–500 rpm.
